Do you have an in-house caterer or a list of "preferred" caterers, or do I need to provide my own?
Yes! We have an extensive list of caterers that know our venue well and can help.
Even if there is an in-house caterer, do I have the option of using an outside caterer instead? Yes, but they do need to provide insurance and sign our Venue Vendor Agreement.
Is there a kitchen available at the venue? We do have a caterering kitchen avaiable.
Are linens, chairs, plates, silverware, and glassware provided, or will I have to rent them myself or get them through my caterer?
Tables and chairs are included but all other items will need to be coordinated with your caterer.
Can I bring in a cake from an outside baker or do I have to use a cake made on site?
Can we bring our own wine, beer or champagne? Yes. Please there is a fee associated.
Do you offer on-site coordination? What services are included? We do have a houseman for the day of that strictly is for the venue. Please make arrangments for all other services.
Can the venue accommodate a DJ or live band? Yes. If staging is required, venue will need to approve prior.
Is there a separate space for cocktail hour?
Do you have a sound system and/or microphones for speeches?
Are there any noise restrictions?
Is there parking on site and if so, is it complimentary? Yes there are 150 spaces available.
Are cabs/rideshares (like Uber, Lyft, etc.) easily accessible from the venue?

How many people can this location accommodate?
We have 3 different venues. The Gallery, holds up to 75 guests, The Grande, holds up to 175 guests, and The River Venue, holds up to 200 guests
How many hours does the rental fee include? Our weddings get the venue for a 14 hour rental and our special events get 5 to 8 hours of access during the hours of 9am to 11pm depending on the venue.
Is there an overtime fee if I stay longer? No, we don't offer later hours to stay and longer, but we may be able to offer extra time for clean up for an additional fee.
How much is the deposit, when is it due, and is it refundable?
The deposit down is 25% of the total package. It is due at the time of booking your date. It is non-refundable.
Do you offer a payment plan? If the total balance is not paid at the time of booking, the balance due must be broken up into equal monthly payments starting the month following the booking date and ending one month prior to the event. The maximum number of payment months may not exceed 6.
What forms of payment do you accept? Cash, Check, EFT (electronic check transfer), and Credit Card (will include a 3% processing fee per transaction).
Are there changing areas for the bride, groom, and/or wedding party?
Yes we have on-site cabins for up to 42 guest.
Can we have our rehearsal dinner here? Yes, our smallest venue, The Gallery, is a perfect space for a rehearsal dinner and we rent it out for a very affordable price.
What about a morning-after mimosa brunch? Yes, we could accommodate that in the Gallery as well for the same price as a rehearsal dinner.
