How many people can this location accommodate? We have 3 different venues, each with its own outdoor ceremony site and indoor reception site.
The Gallery, holds up to 75 guests,
The Grande, holds up to 175 guests, and The River Venue, holds up to 200 guests
How many hours does the rental fee include? The maximum number of hours to have access of the venue is 15-hours, 9am to 12am. Every event is different so we take the time to discuss your needs and then decide how many hours will work best for your event. The time-frame must include set-up and tear-down.
How much is the deposit, when is it due, and is it refundable? There is not a deposit, but a down payment of 25% of the venue. It is due at the time of booking your date. The total venue fee is non-refundable.
Do you offer a payment plan? If the total balance is not paid at the time of booking, the balance due must be broken up into equal monthly payments starting the month following the booking date and may not exceed 4 payments without approval. Everything must be paid one month prior to the event.
What forms of payment do you accept? Cash, Check, EFT (electronic check transfer), and Credit Card (will include a 3% processing fee per transaction).
Are there changing areas for the bride, groom, and/or wedding party? Yes, we have on-site cabins for dressing only and/or overnight accommodations.
Can we have our rehearsal dinner here? Or a morning-after mimosa brunch? Yes, any of our venues would be perfect for either of these ideas, but our smallest venue, The Gallery, is used the most for these options.
Is there an overtime fee if I stay longer? We don't offer the option of "later hours" or to stay after 12am. If you are in the venue later than 12am finishing up, there will be additional fees added to your invoice, $50 per half hour.
Do you have an in-house caterer or a list of "preferred" caterers, or do I need to provide my own? We have a preferred list of caterers that know our venue well and we highly recommend them. You are welcome to bring in your own caterer, but there is an additional fee for this option.
Your caterer would need to provide a valid insurance policy and sign our "Vendor Agreement" so they are aware of the service we expect them to provide for you.
Is there a kitchen available at the venue? We have a caterers pantry in each venue. This does not provide space for caterers to cook, but offers a place for them to prep the food. The pantries also have a commercial refrigerators and a large sink.
Are chairs, tables, linens, plates, silverware, and glassware provided, or will I have to rent them myself? Tables and chairs with set-up are included in your venue fee, but all other items will be your responsibility or will need to be provided by your caterer or coordinator/planner.
Do you offer on-site coordination/planning services? No, but we do have 3 amazing coordinators/planners on our preferred list that we highly recommend. They can also provide rentals. We have event staff on property for the day-of that is strictly to make sure the property is running properly.
Can the venue accommodate a live band? Absolutely. They will have to make sure they have the correct amps needed. If staging is required, venue will need to approve prior.
Is there parking on site and if so, is it complimentary? Yes, we have plenty of parking to accommodate the guests for all 3 venues at one time.
Are cabs/rideshares (like Uber, Lyft, etc.) easily accessible from the venue?
Yes. Be sure to give them the office address of 561 Oasis, NB TX 78130.
Is there a shuttle service available? One of our preferred vendors, Rockin' R, can provide shuttle service. Their info is included on our Preferred Vendor list.
