Deciding factors for your bar


1. How many people are you expecting?

​We require the use of 2 bartenders at events with or more than 150 guests. This gives you peace of mind in regards to a potentially long line and excelled service.


2. Will you need additional mixers?

The Bar Set-Up list is what is provided with EVERY bar set up - big or small. If there's a signature cocktail you'd like to provide your guests with it's within reach! Just provide us with the mixers needed and we will get it served.


3. Delivery or self brought?

We have a couple vendors we can connect you with if you'd prefer to have your alcohol delivered. Most places will allow you to keep kegs for as long as you'd like (for after parties and such) just be sure to keep the receipt to get your deposit back on the shell when you go to drop it off. Otherwise, you will be responsible for providing us with the alcohol which needs to already have its' chilled items cold. Most people bring them directly to the kitchen at the beginning of the day and put them in the large refrigerator that each venue holds.

*Kegs will need to be delivered in a can and also removed at the end of the event. We do NOT provide pumps to use after the event.


4. Bartending hours

We have a minimum of 6 hours when hiring a bartender for an event. If you need more than 6 hours, just let us know when you reserve your venue.

BAR

At your Milltown Historic District event, you have the option to bring in your own alcohol. We do not sell any alcohol, but provide everything else that you need to serve your guests with high quality service. We can provide the equipment to house 3 different draft beer selections at each venue, large coolers to house endless amounts of bottled and canned beverages, and all of the fixins'. 


Any additional items that you'd like to have at your bar that you do not see listed will need to be provided by the client.
